REPORT INCIDENTS
The Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics Institute (FRPI) certification practices for SP9000 Laminating Process, SP9100 Laminate and SP8310 Tank Inspector are individually backed by United States Patent and Trademark Office registered certification marks. These marks bear weight in consumer protection law when used in commerce to represent specific claims made. All FRPI publications are also copyright protected. These mechanisms enable FRPI to uphold the credibility and value of Institute programs for the benefit of all stakeholders.
In an effort to help facilitate accountability for SP9000, SP9100 and SP8310 certification program compliance and protect against copyright infringement, FRPI provides this website portal for all stakeholders to report incidents. An incident is where a manufacturer or inspector holding a valid FRPI certification may have deviated from the requirements of a given FRPI standard practice or where any party may have infringed FRPI copyrights. FRPI actions against such reports shall follow SP9000 or SP8310 practices or be handled pursuant to the United States and international copyright laws in the event of suspected copyright infringement.
If you have detected an incident, please take the next step for the betterment of our industry programs and report it immediately.
Thank you for your anticipated support should an incident arise!
